Ki yoga is a dynamic, healing and fun yoga that changes with the seasons. It combines Japanese and Chinese healing arts with the postures and teachings of hatha yoga.
Each season ki yoga will bring focus to a different part of the body and its related meridians (as used in acupuncture and shiatsu), to keep us balanced, strong and connected to our environment.
Even if you have never tried yoga before, you will find ki yoga classes easy to follow and fun.
This is a good opportunity to try something new, as a way to stay fit, healthy, and keep your body moving with ease.
